Return Process:

1. Please reach out to us at cheroka@castuathors.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. We will promptly respond with instructions on how to return your product. Please note, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Guidelines for Returns:

1. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return meets the policy requirements, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exceptions and Exclusions:

*We do not offer refunds for signed books and digital download products. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to Cheroka at cheroka@castuathors.com.
